MYS financial aid application- Sports Grants Financial Aid Rules/Process
• No youth will be denied by reason of financial need
• The child must be a Middletown resident
• The league officers will make the decisions regarding who gets financial aid based on the Financial Aid Application
• All parents/guardians requesting aid must fill out the Financial Aid Request Form and submit it to the appropriate league or organization by the deadline date.
• Fees may be waived or discounted if the family is on “Temporary Aid to Needy Families
